[chbot] Programming AVRs over USB

Hi there. This might be interesting to those who are into AVRs but
are parallel port impaired. It turns out that you can use most any
FTDI based ARM JTAG dongle plus a patch to avrdude to program the
chips. Performance is decent at about 1 s for a erase/program/verify
cycle on a 1 k program to a MEGA48.
It should also work on any FTDI chip with the MPSSE engine which is
useful if you have one of the FTDI demo boards.
