This would be unlikely.  The microcontroller would run its own native
instruction set, but a lisp interpreter could run on top.  Do you mean
something like a Basic STAMP (a Lisp STAMP, I suppose)?

Googling for 'microcontroller lisp' brings up two practical links:

And a bunch of books and the usual suspects.  Looks like an interesting
thing to want to do, but there seem to be more implementations of Forth.
