[chbot] Propeller

Here's info on the Propeller:

Lots of info about the Propeller, software to download (including my
ViewPort) and tutorials.

It comes in 3 packages, for hobbyist I would use the DIP.  They all
come with 32 general purpose IO pins, each of which you can use to do
pretty much anything up to outputting video signals.

I can bring some to the next meeting- or email me directly if you want
to pick them up- I'm in Mt Pleasant.
