[chbot] Micromouse wheels

When I was building my electric bike I called around all the metal
suppliers in Chch and asked about buying small pieces of random cutoffs.
I don't recall where I ended up, but the guy I spoke to was friendly and
helpful on the phone, so you can gauge what reaction you're going to get
in person. I am sure that it was somewhere near Jade Stadium.
As for building the wheels, my students in Japan would make an aluminium
hub on a lathe, and then sit it in the centre of a cylindrical mould (the
mould had a pin in the centre to locate the hub accurately). They would
fill the space between the hub and the edge of the cylinder with liquid
silicone, which would set and form the tyre. These were for the non-LEGO
robot sumo they were making.
