[chbot] E-mailing Lists

[Dave & Brenda Brewster]

Dear Sir,

All I want to receive are official mailouts about meetings, outings etc. I
seem to have inadvertently landed myself in the "everything going" list so I
get heaps of stuff I do not need.

Please make the change for me so I get only the former.
