[chbot] Talk by Synco Reynders about his GPS Boomerang

The Christchurch Robotics Group are hosting a talk by Synco Reynders
about his GPS Boomerang. This is an autonomous model glider towed >20km
high by balloon. It flies back to a pre-programmed location complete
with its payload which may then be re-used. If you want one they are for
sale! If you have anything vaguely robotic bring it along to show. A
gold coin collection will be taken towards the cost of the room.
