[chbot] Thanks and appreciation for Andrew

I'd just like to take a moment to say thanks to Andrew for all the work 
hes put in over the years.

I know he'll argue that showing up with the key isn't really that much 
work, but just having the meetings has been a big incentive for me get 
my projects going. I always come away with lots of new ideas rattling 
round the ol' noggin. I'd be prepared to bet folding money that others 
feel likewise.
