The next meeting of the Christchurch Robotics Group will take place on
Wednesday 19th December at 7.30pm in the Seminar Room at Science Alive.
All people and robots and anything vaguely robotic welcome. A gold coin
donation is taken to contribute towards the cost of the room which is
generously provided by Science Alive. There are no membership charges,
just turn up.

We'll try to stick to the usual format. Starting with an informal show
and tell of all the items, ideas and demos that folks have brought along
followed by a presentation from Hanno (pronounced Harno).

Hanno Sander will be along to show us the Propeller, the new
multiprocessing chip for robotics from Parallax. He will also demo
Viewport, a tool which turns the Propeller into a high-speed
oscilloscope, logic analyzer, video processor, and fuzzy logic engine.
Parallax has donated some great goodies- so be sure to show up! More
info here: http://mydancebot.com

We have a new web site sponsored by mydancebot.com. You can find it
here: http://kiwibots.org

Also feel free to bring along a plate of festive goodies as this will be
our last meeting before Christmas.

Richard Jones
