Thanks for the replies.  As far as I am concerned in general I am happy to 
book the room and be there, and even if only one other person shows up I 
consider it a successful evening.

So, I'll be there, and I hope to see some of you too.  I understand it's 
tricky around Christmas, but shifting the regular meeting to January would 
upset the cycle, plus it would be the middle of Summer.
