Hope you've been enjoying all the good contra dances this week .....here's a
few more dates for your diary  - the Yanks meet Limeys dances have been
great fun in previous years , so I'm sure this year's will be no exception
but please note it will be a mix of English and Contra dances in keeping
with this year's tour

fabulous caller from the US who will do some squares as well as contras and
Cruise Control will be back to their normal 4 piece line-up.

SUN MAY 22 (8-11pm) - Michael Barraclough with Fat Harry at Littleton &
Harestock Millenium Memorial Hall, The Hallway, Littleton, nr Winchester,
Hampshire SO22 6QQ. Tickets £6.  Call Henry or Jacqui on 023 8039 2703 to
reserve tickets.  This is part of the Yanks Meet Lymies Tour (a visiting
tour by US dancers organised by Henry and Jacqui Morgenstein) and will be a
mixed English and Contra programme.

ZESTY CONTRA HOUSE PARTY (Halsway Manor, 25-27 Nov) - places are going fast,
36 people are booked and there are only 12 places remaining now. If you want
to come, please send your completed booking form to Halsway Manor soon (full
details are available at

is also a booking form that can be printed).  We are still keen to hear from
men wishing to attend without partners!
